A generous thanks to Melanie and the volunteer puppy handlers of SA Guide Dogs Association who took of their time on the 27 July 2021 to introduce to us the Guide Dogs as well as share with our pupils and staff the journey taken by a pup until it is in service with either a visually impaired individual, alongside a person in a wheelchair or person with Autism. We thoroughly enjoyed the interaction with the remarkable pups as well as loved getting to hear all the ins and outs of these very special dogs especially about their indispensable contribution to mankind!
